For beginners, who want to start taking care of their health and lose or gain some weight, it is always hard to make better food choices in the beginning.

Especially to make those better choices consistantly.

So what guidelines, rules or tips do you give your clients to make it easier for them?

And how do you make sure they follow the plan at least 80% of the time? Do you make them count calories and if so, how do you introduce them to counting calories without overwhelming them?

Communication is the key when it comes to keep in touch with the clients and cover their needs about losing weight or gain weight.
The best way to make it easier for the clients to follow their path is:
Keep the things simple – no extreme restrictions, just small, sustainable changes.
Track their progress – use photos, measurements, or a journal and make it enjoyable for them by including some foods they like to prevent boredom.
There is also applications which can help with counting their calories without overwhelming them like – MyFitnessPal or Cronometer.
